Essex Venue Hire is part of the Training2Care Group. Nestled just on the outskirts of
Colchester, based in Earls Colne, we are surrounded by stunning views of the golf
course, that forms part of the Essex Golf and Country Club. Overlooking one of the
holes on the golf course with trees lining the view and water fountains, the view is
spectacular. While our main business operates in Health & Social Care training courses,
we have plenty of spaces for hire.
If you are looking for a venue to hire in Essex, you should give us serious consideration.
We have three meeting / training rooms that we are able to extend, through collapsible walls,
and combine two or all three rooms to give you a lecture hall or conference hall that comfortable
seats 120. Each room, or combination of rooms, can have the layout you require, with a U-shape set-up, a classroom set-up, a boardroom style layout, or a theatre layout. Each room has a state-of-the-art rotating smart screen and when we say smart...we mean it. You can connect your laptop to present, connect your phone to display it, have multiple phones connected simultaneously, you can search the web, turn the screen into a flip-chart, create multiple pages, add all your notes and at the end, email it directly to everyone in the meeting!
With our links to Health & Social Care it means that our training rooms can be provided fully equipped with profile beds, hoists, slings, stand assists, mannequins, and so much more. With teas and coffees provided and fantastic catering options to take care of lunch, you will want to keep coming back to our venue and hire our rooms.
Alongside our meeting rooms and training rooms we also have our superb 8-seater boardroom with a private balcony that has outdoor seating and a fantastic fire pit table. It includes teleconferencing capabilities and a smart screen that can be used as an interactive drawing board.
That's not all...we have a full filming studio with 4-sets, multiple cameras (including one mounted on a Jib) and the ability to live record to a USB-c hard drive. We have lapel microphones and a boom mic and sound is recorded direct to the videos output. Alternatively, these studios also double up as training rooms to provide training in care home settings. With our technology, you can even have three training sessions running in the studios, side-by-side, at the same time with our silent disco-style headphones.
Rooms and spaces for hire...
Need to booking a meeting room in Essex? A training room? Whatever you are looking for, we have you covered. Our three meeting / training rooms can be designed in the layout you prefer. These rooms are separated by moveable walls, so if you need more space, you can combine two or three rooms to increase the capacity. If you are looking for an executive boardroom with a private terrace, with outdoor seating and a fire pit table, overlooking the golf course, and video conferencing capabilities, we have that too! Also, we have our film studios available for hire. The studios can be hired as training rooms that allow you to train staff in care home settings using our sets. If you want to remove the furniture and make use of our green screen studio set, you can. Want to train multiple sessions at the same time? We can even do that. Using silent disco style headphones you can have three trainers deliver three different training sessions to different groups at exactly the same time!
Meeting & Training Rooms
U-shape training room, boardroom style, classroom layout, or a simple small theatre can all be arranged in our training and meeting rooms. Each of the three rooms has a state-of-the-art interactive screen that can be used to connect a device via HDMI, can search the web, can be used as a flip-chart and written on, and so much more. Refreshments included.
The Boardroom & Terrace
The executive boardroom seats 8 people and has a refreshments table for teas, coffees, and water. You have access to the private terrace balcony overlooking the golf course and has outdoor seating with a fire pit table. In the room you have the interactive screen and ability to conference people in digitally if needed.
The Studios
Fully equipped studios with 6 cameras, lapel microphones, boom microphone, lighting and gantry and the ability to live record through a Blackmagic box straight to an external hard drive or SSD. Cut between cameras live. These studios can be hired as training rooms that allow you to train in care home style settings. With our silent disco headphones, you can even have three training sessions running simultaneously.
